Affiliate Agreement

As an authorized sales partner of Wise Yazılım (Wise Soft), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement (contract). Please read the entire agreement carefully before joining Wise SOFT affiliate program.

The purpose of this program is to pay a commission on licenses purchased by creating new membership by your own websites, interactive communities (forum, blog, etc.) or by people sent to Wise SOFT.

By registering to the Wise SOFT Affiliate Program (Program), you declare and undertake that you accept this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1.) Activation and Rejection of Affiliate Account

Affiliate program activation is automatic. You can start your sales partnership instantly with your existing Wise SOFT account. However, at our discretion, we reserve the right to approve or reject your affiliate account. You cannot claim against us because your affiliate account has been rejected.

2.) Commissions

Commissions are only valid for new memberships created with your reference.

Commissions can be paid 7 days after the purchase.

When you reach a minimum commission of 1000₺, you can request a withdrawal.

It is your responsibility to make a tax / income statement for the commissions paid by Wise SOFT.

You cannot redirect yourself by creating a second account. You can not get a commission between your own accounts.
Payments are sent only for successfully completed transactions. Transactions resulting in a chargeback or refund are not paid.

3.) Termination

Your affiliate account can be suspended or terminated for the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertisements (misleading advertisements, incompatible with Wise SOFT brand and corporate identity, etc.).
• Sending spam (bulk email, bulk newsgroup posting etc.).
• Advertising on sites that contain or promote illegal activities.
• Violation of intellectual property rights. (To show yourself as Wise SOFT employee or Wise SOFT brand)
• Offering discounts, coupons or other types of commitments.
• Self-referral, fraudulent transactions, participant fraud.

In addition to the above, Wise SOFT reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any violation in this agreement or for any reason. No payment will be made to you for the post-termination of your affiliate account.

Wise SOFT has the right to stop the affiliate program partially or completely, permanently or temporarily. In this case, your existing commissions will be paid to you.

4.) Affiliate Links

You can use graphic and text links both on your websites and in your e-mail messages. You can run ads on any platform online.

You can optionally create and use your own graphics.

5.) Responsibility

Wise SOFT cannot be held responsible for any unwanted affiliate tracking errors, loss of database files, or indirect or accidental losses (loss of income, etc.) for their intent to damage the program and / or our websites.

6.) Duration of the Agreement

This agreement begins with your participation in the affiliate program and ends when your affiliate account is terminated.

The terms and conditions of this contract can be changed by us at any time. If any changes to the terms and conditions of this agreement cannot be accepted for you, your only option is to terminate your affiliate account. If you continue the program, it means that you accept any changes.

7.) Authorized Institutions

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and will be interpreted in accordance with the law. In case of any dispute arising under this agreement, Izmir courts are authorized.
