Many computer users nowadays open lots of tabs in their web browser while browsing the web, working on a project or doing homework. Opening many tabs in the web browser makes it very difficult to see which site is on which tab. This situation negatively affects the user experience. Google company is working on a feature that will facilitate Google Chrome tab management. We have all the details about the feature that will facilitate tab management .
Tabs in web browsers allow you to open more than one website at the same time and navigate between websites, but if many tabs are opened, it becomes very difficult for the user to see which website is on which tab. Although opening too many tabs increases the efficiency of the users, it negatively affects the user experience. Google developers rolled up their sleeves to make Google Chrome tab management easier.
The developer team is working on a new tab management feature that will benefit all Chromium-based browsers, including Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. The new feature, called "Scrollable Tab Strip", will allow users to navigate between tabs in the web browser quickly and conveniently. Using a Chromium-based web browser, the user will be able to navigate between tabs using the mouse wheel or the navigation buttons at the top of the web browser. Thus, the problem faced by users will be eliminated.
You can try the tab management feature developed by Google on both the Chromium-based Microsoft Edge Canary and the Google Canary web browser. To enable the feature in the Edge Canary browser, first right click on the shortcut of Edge Canary and then click "Properties" on the window that opens. After this process, add the command "-enable-features = ScrollableTabStrip" to the end of the "ms edge.exe" text in the "Target" section of the window that opens. There must be a space between the "ms edge.exe" text and the command you will write.
To activate the new feature called Scrollable Tab Strip in Google Chrome Canary web browser, first open the Chrome Canary browser. Then visit the "chrome: // flags" page. On the Flags page, type "Scrollable Tab Strip" in the search box and then change the feature that appears in the search results to "Enabled". After performing this process, the new feature will be active.
Google has been working on this feature for about a year, which will make tab management easier. The new feature is expected to arrive in Chromium-based web browsers, including Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, in late 2020.
