  4. https://www.foxplay.com.tr

Of the websites mentioned above; Within the scope of the 10th article of the Regulation on the Presentation of Radio, Television and On-Demand Broadcasts on the Internet, titled "Broadcasting services made without a broadcasting license on the Internet";

You can apply for a broadcasting license regarding the broadcasting activity carried out on the internet, can continue broadcasting for three months if you pay the broadcast license fee corresponding to three months in advance, together with the petition containing the application request and the attached undertaking

In case of not completing the procedures for granting a broadcast license on the internet within the specified period and paying the broadcast license fee to be calculated for this period in advance, it may offer broadcast services for an additional three months,

If he does not submit the letter of undertaking with his petition containing the application request and does not pay the broadcast license fee in advance, or does not terminate his broadcasting services within seventy-two hours following this announcement, the Supreme Council shall issue the said publication from the criminal judge of peace pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 29 / A of the Law No. 6112. and that a criminal complaint will be filed against those concerned in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 33 of the same Law. "
