OnePlus 8 Pro Wireless Charging Leaked

The OnePlus 8 series is expected to be officially launched in April-May. A few key features of the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro smartphone have leaked.

OnePlus joined the Wireless Power Consortium in January, signaling the future of the OnePlus 8 series with wireless charging support. The Chinese company did not provide wireless charging on their previous phones. After the release of the OnePlus 7T, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau made a statement on why the phone doesn't offer wireless charging. He said that wireless charging speeds are not equal to Warp Charge wired charging technology. But the OnePlus 8 series will come with super fast wireless charging technology.

According to the leaks, the OnePlus 8 Pro 30W will be equipped with wireless charging technology. Powered by Snapdragon 865 like existing flagship phones, OnePlus 8 Pro will support dual mode 5G connectivity . Fast wireless charging and 5G connectivity can also be on OnePlus 8, but there is no solid evidence to support it. The less powerful device, OnePlus 8 Lite, may not offer wireless charging support.

The OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro will feature a hole-notched display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The OnePlus 8 can come with a 6.5-inch screen and come with a triple camera setup (48 megapixel + 16 megapixel + 2 megapixel). It can be powered by 4000 mAh battery powered by 30T Warp Charge . It can come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. The OnePlus 8 Pro can come with a 6.65-inch AMOLED display. On the Pro model, we can see a quad camera setup with an additional ToF sensor. It can come with a 4500mAh battery that supports 50W fast charging.
