The Chinese electronics company TCL, headquartered in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, exposed the 10-inch foldable smartphone.
While it is still unclear whether foldable screen smartphones can hold on the market, many companies are designing their mobile series to compress large, flexible displays. TCL also joined the companies that designed the foldable phone design.
TCL's newest concept device has a huge 10-inch touch screen. This size is quite large even for a foldable smartphone. In order to have this size, TCL designed the phone to be foldable, not once.
The only purpose of a foldable smartphone is to provide more screen volume. Samsung, Motorola and Huawei have successfully accomplished this to varying degrees. Foldable phones are still expensive for users to reach, but companies continue to develop designs.
The designed two - fold phone is not yet a consumer product. The company introduced its new phone to reporters and tech lovers at a recent event. The phone doesn't have a name yet, so launching it on the promotion might not be quite right.
