ByteDance, the Chinese owner of social media platform TikTok, plans to go public in Hong Kong in early 2022 after Chinese regulators address their concerns.
The company continues to submit all legal documents requested by regulatory bodies. It is aimed to complete the legal documents and submit the application in September.
On the other hand, a ByteDance spokesperson stated that the news was not true, but refrained from providing additional information.
