Microsoft is introducing a new Windows 10 Start menu design that will reduce the importance of Live Tiles. Notifications now include an X in the upper right corner, allowing you to quickly turn it off. Microsoft is also developing the Settings app on Windows 10 . Usually the old Control PanelLinks to the system section of the page will now take you to the About page in Settings. This promises that there will be more improvements that will usually accommodate more advanced controls in the system part of Control Panel, and Microsoft will make Settings closer to Control Panel.
