What is Consumer Arbitration Committee?

What is Consumer Arbitration Committee?
It is a committee that the consumer can apply to in cases where he/she is a victim, such as buying a defective product or service, if he/she cannot solve this problem with the company. The decision of the Consumer Arbitration Committees is final and each company is obliged to implement this decision. These delegations work under the District Governorships.

Consumer arbitration committees are regulated by Articles 66-72 of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502, as well as additionally by the "Regulation on Arbitration Committees for Consumer Problems".
