What is Impression?

What is Impression?
Impression by Display or English equivalent; It is the name given to the viewing of an internet advertisement by users. When an internet user visits a website, if there is an ad on the page he is viewing, an impression will occur for this ad.

How to Track Views?

Views may not always result in conversions. However, tracking views will provide an advertiser with a lot of data about their ad and ad strategy. This data is of great use when creating other digital marketing campaigns such as search engine marketing (SEM) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. Moreover, even in search engine optimization other than advertising, this information is extremely valuable. Knowing how many impressions an ad campaign generates also helps marketers generate a number of other marketing metrics such as Clickthrough Rates (known as CTR). All these metrics are used to calculate the effectiveness of a campaign. However, it should not be forgotten that an accurate number of impressions is required for successful measurement and that all these processes have taken place without manipulation.
