The package upgrade process can be performed by our managers, all you need to do is to create a support request and write to us.
Package downgrading cannot be done in line with the wishes of our customers! Package downgrade can only be carried out if it is reviewed and approved by our administrators in line with your request.
Package upgrades and downgrades can take place within 1 (one) day. It is recommended that you take a backup just in case. You will not experience data / information loss.
